Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives.

Shipping Options & Timelines

Domestic (U.S.) delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Tracking is provided for every order by email.

Free Shipping

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Shipping fees for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Protection

Every order includes shipping protection: if your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@cintavia.com within 7 days of the delivery estimate and we will reship or refund the affected items.

Cold-Chain & Stability

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Store as indicated on the product datasheet upon receipt.

Customs & International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that importation of research compounds is lawful in their country and for any customs duties or taxes. Parcels refused or seized due to local import restrictions are not eligible for refund.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, subject to the shipping protection described above.
