Terms of Service

These terms apply to services and products provided by Cintavia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 20396, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Cintavia", "we", "us"). By ordering from us or using our website you agree to these terms.

1. Services and products

We provide digital advertising services, e-commerce operation services and the sale of imported matcha products, including wholesale supply of Matchoya matcha. The scope, price and timeline of any service are set out in a written quote, order confirmation or agreement ("Order"). If an Order conflicts with these terms, the Order applies.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We accept payment by card, bank transfer (ACH) and other methods shown at checkout or on the invoice. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. Advertising and e-commerce services

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our service fees unless the Order says otherwise. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or advertising results, because these depend on platforms, markets and factors outside our control. Each party keeps ownership of the materials it provides.

4. Matcha products and wholesale

Matcha products are food products sold for normal culinary use. We make no medical or health claims about them. Wholesale orders ship after payment or on the payment terms agreed in writing. Title and risk pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier unless agreed otherwise.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report damaged or missing items within 7 days.

6. Refunds

Refunds and returns are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
