Refund & Return Policy

Research Materials
Because the integrity, storage conditions, and chain of custody of research compounds cannot be verified after delivery, opened vials are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cintavia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reship the affected items or issue a full refund — your choice.
Unopened Items
Unopened, sealed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (original shipping fees are non-refundable). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Items must arrive intact; we recommend tracked shipping.
Lost Parcels
Parcels lost in transit are covered by our shipping protection — see the Shipping Policy.
Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refund: opened or used vials; products damaged by improper storage after delivery; international parcels refused or seized due to local import restrictions; and pre-order cancellations after payment.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
