Research Use Only (RUO) Policy

All compounds sold by DigiAD Agency LLC on cintavia.com are supplied exclusively as Research Use Only (RUO) materials. By purchasing, you certify and agree to each of the following:
1. Intended Use
You will use all purchased compounds exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human research applications.
2. No Human Use
You will not administer any compound to any human being under any circumstances, including yourself.
3. No Animal Use
You will not administer any compound to any animal except under a properly authorized, IACUC-approved research protocol.
4. Researcher Qualifications
You certify that you: are at least 21 years of age; possess the scientific training and expertise required to safely handle research compounds; and have access to appropriate laboratory facilities and equipment.
5. Regulatory Status
The compounds are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and have not been proven safe or effective for any medical or therapeutic purpose. They are not for use in diagnostic procedures. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics.
6. Buyer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances relating to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of research compounds in your jurisdiction.
7. Refusal of Sale
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to terminate any account, where we have reason to believe products are intended for non-research use. Violations of this policy void any product guarantee and may result in a permanent purchasing ban.
Products are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
